Tata Technologies will collaboratively develop a joint venture for software development with Germany’s BMW Group.
The JV will be aimed at developing automotive software for automated driving and the dashboard system among other features. Initially, Tata Technologies will incorporate the company as a wholly owned subsidiary, but after closing conditions are fulfilled, BMW will invest to acquire half of the shares.
