The customer is a leading US-based manufacturer of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. They design, build and service the world’s most advanced aircraft engines widely used in both civil aviation and military aviation. To be the best at what they do – they needed to upskill and train the next-generation of engineers.


The customer had a tremendous repository of courses, best practices, and procedures for designing, building, and manufacturing aircraft engines. They were looking to capture knowledge from company experts and use it to develop courses to teach the next generation of engineers. In addition, they wanted to revamp complex course material into a more engaging format.


Tata Technologies has been at the forefront of imparting practical training to engineers on newer tools and equipment in the manufacturing and engineering sector. We partnered with the customer to develop a custom curriculum to help them reskill their engineers.
