Women undergo various life stages that can make them step back and take a break from their career to address various priorities. Even when they decide to restart their professional journey, the hard reality is second chances are not always destined and easy, as technology and skills keep evolving rapidly. Our Reignite platform is designed to turn these challenges into opportunities. It offers a blend of specialized training, hands-on experiences, and premier learning resources, all crafted to ensure a seamless transition back into the workforce. Key stages of Reignite

Stage 1: Explore

Participate in orientation sessions led by a woman expert. You’ll get to delve into important topics & trends such as:

• Modern digital engineering services
• Tata Technologies’ journey of innovation
• Skills for acing interviews

After the orientation, outstanding performers will move to stage 2. All others will get a certificate, acknowledging their successful completion of the Tata Technologies Reignite orientation program.

Stage 2: Elevate

In this stage, spread over 6 to 8 weeks, enhance your competency through customized training that focuses on boosting your workplace skills. You’ll dive into:

• Soft skills training
• Technical knowledge upgrade
• Core domain project topics

You’ll be guided through assessments, leading to the selection of top performers who advance to the next stage. Others will receive a certificate of appreciation for completing the Reignite training program.

Stage 3: Engage

Join us for an enriching month-long internship, guided by our seasoned mentors. In this pivotal phase, you will benefit from:

• One-on-one guidance from industry experts
• Active participation in real-time projects
• Valuable insights into the professional world

Top performers will have the opportunity to be part of the Tata Technologies team. Everybody else will get the Reignite internship program certificate that will help them pursue other employment opportunities.
