Warren Harris has been with Tata Technologies and its predecessor companies for more than 25 years. His roles have evolved from engineer to a number of technical management positions worldwide.
In 1998, Mr. Harris was named CEO of INCAT (acquired by Tata Technologies) and served on its Board of Directors. He managed a worldwide expansion initiative, overseeing a merger that established the company as a major force in the U.S. In 2003, he launched a joint venture in Japan that became the foundation of INCAT’s expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, before securing a public listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2004. Mr. Harris also was the driving force behind the 2013 acquisition of Cambric Corp., which solidified Tata Technologies’ position in the industrial machinery engineering services market as well as added an Eastern European delivery centre to the company’s growing global footprint. More recently, under his leadership the company acquired Escenda Engineering AB, a Gothenburg, Sweden based automotive engineering and design house, which has strengthened its presence in Scandinavia.
Mr. Harris is a recognized authority on global manufacturing. His expertise has been leveraged by media organizations including The Economist, BusinessWeek, Crain’s Detroit Business, Automotive News, and Automotive Engineering International. He also has contributed his insights to the book, “Globality – Competing With Everyone From Everywhere For Everything.”
In addition, he has presented to the National Academy of Sciences, Cambridge University, The Centre for Automotive Research, the Society of Automotive Engineers; as well as at international forums hosted by Frost & Sullivan, McKinsey & Company, and Nasscom.
Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Honors), earned in 1986 from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and is a Chartered Engineer. In October 2011, Mr. Harris graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management program. In 2016, for his distinguished achievements, he was conferred with an honorary PhD degree by Amity University. Mr. Harris currently serves the executive board of Reggie Jackson’s DETermined to Assist Foundation, and has formerly been on the Board of Overseers of the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award. Mr. Harris was also the former Chairman of the North America Tata Network Forum, a platform for dialogue between the leaders of Tata Group’s North American businesses.
Savitha serves as the CFO of Tata Technologies. She is responsible for finance, accounting, procurement, corporate planning, business finance and internal audit.
Savitha is an experienced, successful and well-regarded finance executive who, since early 2018, has been a General Manager in Tata Motors mergers and acquisitions team. Before this, she held lead roles in organizational strategy and treasury and led the investor relations and capital budgeting functions at Tata Motors. Savitha joined Tata Motors from university in 2002 and was identified early in her career as a rising star. The combination of her experience, drive and prior knowledge of our company makes her an ideal fit for Tata Technologies’ next stage of growth.
Savitha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore and a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD in Pune. She has completed the CFA program and received a Fulbright-CII Fellowship for Leadership in Management from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, USA.
Anupal Banerjee brings more than 18 years of experience to his role as Tata Technologies’ Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
As CHRO, Mr. Banerjee leads the company’s human resources strategy and worldwide HR activities in support of the overall business, with particular focus on organizational design and effectiveness, total rewards, learning and organizational development, talent management and acquisition and technology-led HR processes and analytics.
Prior to joining Tata Technologies, Mr. Banerjee was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Viacom18 Media. He also has held leadership roles at global technology and professional services firms Capgemini, WNS and Infosys. Earlier, he worked with automotive manufacturer Ashok Leyland Ltd. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Banerjee’s embrace of lean operating principles and smart organizational alignment strategies has helped him improve people performance and productivity and drive employee engagement.
Mr. Banerjee has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and also completed the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Ms. Ramrakhiani is responsible for the territory’s P&L and leads all Sales, Marketing, IT, HR and Administrative personnel. She brings more than 17 years of business and management experience to her role.
Prior to Tata Technologies, she held a number of key leadership roles for IT outsourcing major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At TCS, she managed high-end accounts across various verticals including manufacturing, energy and banking, to name a few. Ms. Ramrakhiani has also worked for Tata Teleservices and watch and jewelry maker Titan Industries.
Ms. Ramrakhiani is part of TAS (formerly Tata Administrative Services), the Tata group’s flagship leadership programme. She’s also a senior Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) assessor, and has led a number of assessments of Tata companies. Adapted from the renowned Malcolm Baldrige model, TBEM encourages continuous improvements through a formal benchmarking and assessment system of key business aspects from strategy and leadership to safety and climate change.
Ms. Ramrakhiani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Her areas of expertise include Customer Experience Management, both in the B2B and B2C context.
As President APAC Sales, Anand Bhade is responsible for all sales and business development activities for global services and technology solutions in the region. Mr. Bhade draws on more than 24 years of experience in the engineering and IT services field managing executive relationships with key customers in India, Europe and North America.
Mr. Bhade joined Tata Technologies in 1997 as one of the first few hundred employees to work for the company. Past roles include Director of Global Delivery at INCAT (acquired by Tata Technologies), Vice President of Strategic Business and Operations – North America and a number of sales and operational leadership positions worldwide.
As Head of Global Offshore Business, Mr. Bhade led a successful initiative to accelerate offshore revenue growth and designed a process called the Tata Value Innovation Framework, an engineering approach that ensures low cost for product innovation and launch. Mr. Bhade has also been a keynote speaker on the topic at various academic institutions
Mr. Bhade holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pune and an MBA from Oakland University, Michigan with specialisation in international business.
Pawan Kumar Bhageria is President – Tata Motors Group Strategic Business Unit. He is responsible for business growth in engineering, PLM and IT services within Tata Motors and its subsidiaries in the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Bhageria brings more than 30 years experience in the automotive, manufacturing and IT industries, where he led business transformation programmes, business development and sales.
Mr. Bhageria has held senior leadership positions in global OEMs and Tier 1 companies in India and abroad.
Mr. Bhageria rejoined Tata Technologies in 2012 as Senior Vice President Manufacturing and IT, and was responsible for business development in Asia Pacific. Before joining Tata Technologies, Mr. Bhageria served as IT director at General Motors International Operations where he was responsible for IT strategies, business transformation programmes and IT for new plant launches in the Asia-Pacific region.
Mr. Bhageria received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering-Gold Medalist from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India and a MBA in Finance and Systems from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India.
As President- Sales, Europe, Arun is responsible for all sales, business development and customer management activities for the territory. He is passionate about customer success and in using innovation to bring new business models to outcomes. He brings many years of global experience in running large business transformation programs for customers.
Prior to joining Tata Technologies, he has held various leadership roles in the Sales and Customer Management within Wipro Technologies and Patni Computers. His most recent stint has been with Wipro Technologies, as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Utilities, where he was responsible for the global Utilities business, new business development and account delivery globally.
Arun is a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Mathematics and a Masters in Computer Applications from University of Pune.
Anjali serves as Tata Technologies' chief legal officer and oversees all legal matters. She also provides management and oversight of compliance. Anjali brings with her more than 15 years of experience in the legal space.
Prior to Tata Technologies, Anjali Balagopal served as the Assistant General Counsel and Associate Vice President at Infosys. During a career that spanned 15 years at Infosys, Anjali’s responsibilities included all aspects of the legal function together with assignments in both India and the United States.
