Tata Technologies and BMW Group have announced the official launch of their joint venture (JV) BMW TechWorks India. BMW Group and Tata Technologies hold 50% stake each in the JV.
With the final signing of the contracts and the approval of the authorities, the JV will commence operations with 100 employees in key technology hubs in Chennai, Pune and Bengaluru.
