Wiper Design and Wheel Envelop Genreration

Wheel envelope Analysis for generating wheel centers and orientations for required bounce/rebound and steer in case of front wheels and Wheel envelope Surface generation by placing tyres at all of these wheel centers and generating final envelope surface out of the outer most boundary curves on tyres. Using KBE, customers have reported total time for envelope generation as 6 hrs. Whereas, the old process used to take 18 hours using conventional CAD software.
