Mr. S. Ramadorai
Mr. S. Ramadorai, the former CEO and Managing Director and the current Vice Chairman of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has served as the Chairman of Tata Technologies since 2001. To promote his pioneering vision of the onshore-offshore technology model, Mr. Ramadorai established the Technology Excellence Centers in India, and his contributions to the global technology sector have been recognized through numerous awards. Mr. Ramadorai is also represented on the Board of a number of companies and educational institutes - Tata Industries, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Piramal Healthcare Limited and the MIT Executive Board (EMSAB) to name a few. In recognition of Ramadorai’s commitment and dedication to the IT industry, he was awarded the Padma Bhushan in January 2006. In April 2009, he was awarded the CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for his contribution to the Indo-British economic-relations. His academic credentials include a Bachelors degree in Physics from Delhi University (India), a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (India) and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of California – UCLA (USA). In 1993, Ramadorai attended the Sloan School of Management’s highly acclaimed Senior Executive Development Program.
Mr. R. Gopalakrishnan
Mr. R. Gopalakrishnan has been with the Tata group since August 1998 and is currently an Executive Director of Tata Sons Limited. A member of the Tata group Corporate Center, he is also the chairman of Tata AutoComp Systems, Rallis India and Advinus Therapeutics, vice chairman of Tata Chemicals, and a director of Tata Power and Tata Technologies. Prior to joining the Tata group, Mr. Gopalkrishnan was the Vice Chairman of Hindustan Lever Limited, and he is a past president of the All India Management Association. Mr. Gopalakrishnan is involved with education through his board memberships of a school and two management institutes. He is a past president of All India Management Association. He has delivered guest lectures in India and abroad. His articles have been published in management journals and financial newspapers. In 2007, he authored his first book, The Case of the Bonsai Manager, published by Penguin India. In 2010, his second book entitled When the penny drops: Learning what is not taught has been published by Penguin India.
Mr. Gopalakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Technology degree in electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Mr. P. P. Kadle
Mr. P. P. Kadle was appointed as the Managing Director of Tata Capital Limited in September 2007. Prior to this tenure with Tata Capital Limited, Mr. Kadle served as Chief Financial Officer of Tata Motors Ltd., having joined the company as Vice President of Finance following a period with Tata-IBM Ltd. as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kadle has gathered wide experience with well-known Indian companies in the fields of management, accountancy, law, finance and treasury. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is involved with various public charitable institutions , one of them is notably as the Board Member and Honorary Treasurer of Child Rights and You (CRY).
Mr. Kadle is an Honors Graduate in Commerce and Accountancy from Mumbai University.
Mr. C. Ramakrishnan
Mr. Ramakrishnan was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Tata Motors Ltd. in September 2007, having joined the company in 1980 as a Junior Accounts Officer. Prior to this appointment, he worked in the Chairman’s Office of the Tata group for more than seven years, following a two year company-wide IT project with responsibilities covering research and development, manufacturing, sourcing, and sales and service. Mr. Ramakrishnan was awarded the CFO of the year by CNBC-TV18 in 2010.award. He was also named the best performing CFO in the auto and auto ancillary sector
Mr. Ramakrishnan holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.
Mr. Patrick R. McGoldrick
Mr. McGoldrick is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tata Technologies Ltd. He has led the company since its inception. He began his career with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory where he worked primarily on defense-related projects including the Mirror Fusion Test Facility for which he was the chief computer architect. In 1981, Mr. McGoldrick joined the Tata group and honed his vision of applying technology to help manufacturers create better products, which led to the establishment of Tata Technologies. He has been instrumental in leading the company’s global expansion through the strategic acquisition of INCAT and iKnowledge Solutions (iKS) and the current joint venture with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. He is also a founding director of Tata Elxsi Ltd.
Mr. McGoldrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and he earned a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University in California. He has also completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
