Warren Harris
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Mr. Harris has been with the current Tata Technologies organization for more than 25 years where his roles have evolved from engineer to a number of technical management positions worldwide; until in 1998 he was named CEO of the company and served on its Board of Directors. He managed a worldwide expansion for the company, overseeing a merger that established the company as a major force in the U.S. In 2003, he launched a joint venture in Japan that became the foundation of Tata Technologies’ expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Harris is a recognized authority on global manufacturing. His expertise has been leveraged by media organizations including BusinessWeek, Crain’s Detroit Business, Automotive News, The Detroit Free Press, Gannett News Service and Automotive Engineering International. He also has contributed his insights to the book, “Globality – Competing With Everyone From Everywhere For Everything.”

In addition, he has presented to the National Academy of Sciences, Cambridge University, The Center for Automotive Research, the Society of Automotive Engineers; as well as at international forums hosted by Frost & Sullivan, and McKinsey and Associates.

Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Honors), earned in 1986 from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and is a Chartered Engineer.  He is currently the Chairman of the Tata Network Forum in North America.  In October 2011, Mr. Harris graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Executive Vice President and
Global Head of Business Excellence
G Jagannathan is the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Business Excellence for Tata Technologies. He is responsible for driving excellence in Tata Technologies’ worldwide operations through continuous improvement, using the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) framework.  He brings more than 38 years of overall experience in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Re-engineering and Business Excellence to his role at Tata Technologies; and he holds the rare distinction of having led two flagship companies – Tata Steel and Tata Consultancy Services – to earning the JRD QV CII-EXIM Excellence Award.
He also served as the CEO of Tata Quality Management Services (TQMS), a division of Tata Sons Ltd.
He is a Mechanical Engineer, with a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from IIT Madras. He was selected by Tata Steel to attend the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. Additionally, he served as a Malcolm Baldrige Examiner for four years in the United States; and is a Certified Value Specialist from the Society of American Value Engineers.

G Jagannathan is a Fellow of SAVE International, The Indian Value Engineering Society and the Indian Institute of Engineers. He is married, with two sons, and makes his home in the United States.
Samir Yajnik
President of Sales & COO - Asia Pacific
As President of Global Services, Mr. Yajnik oversees the services business of Tata Technologies with a special focus on offshore services growth. His engineering activities in India, Singapore, and London provide the acumen and experience needed to further extend Tata Technologies services to clients around the globe.

Mr. Yajnik served as the Chief Operating Officer for INCAT Asia Pacific from 2006 until 2009. Prior to his role as COO, Mr. Yajnik spent more than 10 years as Vice President of the Tata Technologies Engineering Automation Group in Singapore and London. Additional prior positions include Director of Operations for Intelligent Design Technologies, Product Manager for Far East Computers, and CAD Product Executive for Blue Star Ltd.

Mr. Yajnik holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi where he was awarded an assistantship and fellowship. He completed corporate finance courses at the London Business School and has had three white papers on Heat Transfer published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in the U.S. As a dedicated engineering advocate, he also serves as an advisor to the Engineering Service Outsourcing subgroup of the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM).
Richard Welford, President – Jaguar Land Rover Strategic Business UnitRichard Welford

Mr. Welford uses his experience of over 25 years in the automotive field in his role as President – Jaguar Land Rover Strategic Business Unit, where he is responsible for all sales activities with Jaguar Land Rover globally.  
Most recently, Mr. Welford has led the growth of the Jaguar Land Rover account, developing the business from around $0.5M to a Strategic Business Unit now worth $100M per annum.  Mr. Welford joined Tata Technologies (at the time INCAT) in January 2005 to help the UK organization focus on establishing a presence in the automotive sector before taking a wider European role.  Before joining Tata Technologies, he occupied a number of Product and Project Engineering roles with Jaguar Cars, as well as holding Senior and Executive Engineering leadership roles with Autoliv, the number one automotive vehicle safety supplier.  While at Autoliv, he culminated his time there as Director of Research & Development for Autoliv North America, and helped Autoliv undergo a significant global engineering transformation program.  Mr. Welford has worked with many of the most prestigious names in the automotive industry across Europe, North America and Asia.
Mr. Welford started his career as an apprentice with Jaguar cars before being identified by Jaguar to take up a fulltime sponsored student path to study Mechanical Engineering.  He completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at Coventry University.

Mr. Welford is currently a member of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) West Midlands Council (Septemer 2012).
Anubhav Kapoor
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Mr. Kapoor is Tata Technologies’ General Counsel and Company Secretary. Mr. Kapoor joined Tata Technologies in 2006 and is responsible for Tata Technologies’ global legal, regulatory and corporate governance activities and policies. He oversees legal issues such as structuring strategic business contracts, intellectual property rights, legal due diligence, mergers, joint ventures, arbitration and litigation management.

Mr. Kapoor’s background includes dealing with high-visibility boards of directors and handling complex board matters such as those related to insider trading, private and public offerings, and Employee Stock Ownership Plans. Mr. Kapoor has been instrumental in implementing various corporate governance initiatives. Before joining Tata Technologies, Mr. Kapoor provided legal expertise to companies including Polaris Software, Domino's Pizza, and Allied Nippon. Prior to his involvement with Tata Technologies, Mr. Kapoor was a member of the ASSOCHAM Expert Committee on Company Law in 2005 and is a regular speaker at various forums and conferences on topics related to strategic risk management and managing intellectual property rights.

Mr. Kapoor is currently a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, India. He completed his MBA in Finance and Information Technology at the Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad, India.
V. Balaji
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Balaji brings more than 18 years of IT and process re-engineering and transformation experience to his role as Tata Technologies Chief Information Officer. As CIO, Mr. Balaji is responsible for the flow of information, coordination, assessment, and synchronization of all organization policies and standardization requirements for the information enterprise of Tata Technologies.

Prior to his 2007 appointment as CIO, Mr. Balaji led the INCAT Enterprise Solutions Group. His distinguished career includes leadership roles at Harman/Becker Automotive Systems, Inc.; Anchor Glass Container Corporation; and the Ladish Co., Inc. Mr. Balaji possesses broad IT knowledge from his long history in the aerospace, automotive, and consumer goods sectors.

Mr. Balaji earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Manufacturing and Systems Engineering from Ohio State University in the U.S.
Nick Sale
President of Sales - Europe, COO, Europe
Mr. Nick Sale is COO – Europe for Tata Technologies. He was appointed to his position in April 2010, and has been with the organization for nearly 19 years; most recently heading European Delivery operations.

Mr. Sale served in a number of critical roles prior to his appointment as COO – Europe including UK Services Manager, EU PLM Services Manager, European Delivery Head, and Global Delivery Practice Head. In addition, he served two years as North American Consulting Manager (1998-2000), at the Company’s North American headquarters office in metro Detroit.

Mr. Sale holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bath University, where he earned 1st class honors, and graduated as top student.
Kevin Noe, CMOKevin Noe
Chief Operating Officer - Americas

Mr. Noe brings more than 30 years of business and engineering experience to his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Tata Technologies.  As CMO, Mr. Noe is responsible for the company’s global strategic image and brand development initiatives, and for creating market demand and opportunity realization. Prior to Tata Technologies he spent 15 years as the president and CEO of Cadpo, a private engineering technology and services company. Cadpo was acquired by INCAT/Tata Technologies in 2005. At Cadpo, Kevin’s leadership enabled the company to expand its operations throughout Europe, Asia and North America. Mr. Noe previously worked for EDS, McDonnell Douglas and Elgin Sweeper in various management positions. He is a U.S. patent holder, and an Eagle Scout.

He received a bachelor of arts degree from Judson University in Elgin Illinois in 1979, and completed management studies at Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois.  He is an avid mountain climber; having summited more than 100 peaks around the world. He resides in Castle Rock, Colorado.
